This retreat will leave you feeling inspired, recharged and reconnected with yourself and the world. Every aspect of this retreat has been designed to support GOOD tourism businesses and social enterprises. This tour will give you a truly unique experience of Australia, and make you feel GOOD on every step of your journey.

About the workshops: Your workshops will be led by Vallori Thomas, the founder and principal ICF-certified coach of WOW Coaching and Consulting. Vallori is a practitioner of Context Mastery with more than a decade of experience in vision-building and breakthrough learning. Her workshops will enable you to uncover the possibilities in your life and discover how to make them a reality.

Details & Itinerary

The following itinerary provides an outline of our trip intentions, but some activities may be adjusted a little. You will be provided with a full welcome pack including a detailed itinerary closer to our departure date.

March 1st: On arrival into Sydney, you will be met at the airport and taken to your accommodation to relax after your journey. Sydney is Australia's oldest city and famous for the iconic Sydney harbor. After some time to relax and take in the city, you’ll head to a delicious local restaurant for your welcome dinner.

March 2nd: After a leisurely breakfast where you'll receive a welcome briefing, you will have the morning to relax. In the afternoon, we'll head out with our local guide to explore some of Sydney's famous highlights as well as some lesser-known secrets.

March 3rd: We'll drive for approximately 1.5 hours north of Sydney to our boutique hotel in the idyllic Bouddi National Park. In the afternoon, we'll learn about the project benefiting from the donation included in your trip fee. In the evening, you'll have the opportunity to enjoy a complimentary 30-minute massage.

March 4th: You will begin the day with a workshop with Vallori Thomas from WOW Coaching & Consulting. You will have the rest of the day to explore the coastal bush trails of the Bouddi National Park and relax on one of the many secluded beaches & bays.

March 5th: After a leisurely morning, we'll return to Sydney in time for some shopping or the opportunity to re-visit your favorite Sydney spots. In the evening, we'll have a special farewell dinner.

March 6th: The trip wraps up today with a morning workshop with Vallori Thomas from WOW Coaching & Consulting. We highly recommend visiting New Zealand after your trip if possible and we will be sharing options for this soon.

What's GOOD about this trip?

Every aspect of the trip has been designed to ensure that the local community, economy and environment benefit from your visit:

  • Accommodation: You will be staying at hotels in Sydney and the Bouddi Peninsula that have been carefully selected due to their commitment to sustainability and community. We will provide you with details of their specific initiatives and awards in your Welcome Pack and during the trip briefing.
  • Tours: In Sydney, you will join a tour with our local partner organization, specialized in sustainable tourism. Our local representative will also be happy to share her favorite GOOD shopping spots with you.
  • Meals: Throughout the trip, wherever possible, we will take you to restaurants that share our values for environmental sustainability and giving back to the community.
  • Donation: $100 of your trip fee will be donated directly to a local project. You will have the opportunity to learn more about this project during your trip.

Trip Facilitators

The trip will be led by Vallori Thomas from WOW Training & Consulting and Kelly-Louise Austin from GOOD Travel.

Vallori Thomas

Vallori is the founder and ICF-certified coach of WOW Coaching and Consulting. Vallori is a practitioner of Context Mastery, with a decade of experience in team/group dynamics, communication, and both one-to-one and group coaching. After her experiences traveling with GOOD Travel all around the world, Vallori has partnered with us to deliver Possibilitarian Retreats.

Kelly-Louise Austin

Kelly-Louise was born and raised in Ballarat, Australia. She is an avid traveler and has traveled all over the world, finding her second home in Tanzania. She is the founder of Twin Hearts, an Australian non-profit organization supporting community-led solutions in Australia and Tanzania. She is a proud Mum to identical twin girls and a little boy. She can't wait to show you beautiful Australia!

  • 5-nights accommodation in twin rooms, sharing with one other participant
