In the morning, ,we'll head out on small boats into the Indian ocean in search of dolphins! With a bit of luck we'll spot them and jump into the water with snorkels to swim with them. In the afternoon, we'll visit Kizimkazi to spend time in the village and learn about the project we're supporting through the donation included within your trip fee.
14 March: Island trip
We'll take traditional boats to an incredible sand-bar about two hours from the lodge. We'll enjoy a delicious barbecue and plenty of time for swimming, snorkeling and relaxing.
15 March: Stone Town
We'll take a short drive to Stone Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We'll have the opportunity to learn about the town's history as well as do some shopping at the local markets.
16 March: Free day
On our final day in Zanzibar we will do... nothing! You'll have an activity-free day to relax by the pool, read your book, swim in the ocean or have a massage. In the evening, we'll have a farewell dinner.
17 March: Return to Dar es Salaam
After our final breakfast in Zanzibar, we'll take the ferry back to Dar es Salaam in time for your flights back home. Goodbye everyone!
