Day 1 - October 9th
You'll arrive in Fiji today and check in to the First Landing Resort near Nadi where you'll be welcomed by warm Fijian hospitality!
You'll have the afternoon to relax, recover from your journey and settle in to the relaxed pace of "Fiji time". There's time today to enjoy an optional massage or spa treatment - or simply sit pool-side and get to know your fellow travellers.
This evening you'll have a special Welcome Dinner at Kanu - a degustation restaurant featuring locally sourced and cultural cuisine prepared by the wonderful Chef Seeto.
Day 2 - October 10th
Today we'll visit Vee's Farm, an organic farm on the outskirts of Nadi where you'll have the chance to go on a short hike to enjoy the views from the property, and then have a traditional Fijian lunch together with your hosts.
After lunch, you'll visit the Sabeto Mud Pools - lean in to the cultural experience by soaking in the warm geothermal healing mud and spring water pools.
You'll have dinner at your resort tonight with time to relax before heading out to the Yasawa Islands tomorrow!
Day 3 - October 11th
This morning you'll travel to Denerau Marina where you'll be met by a Catamaran boat that will take you to Barefoot Manta Resort. It is a short and beautiful boat trip to Waya Island where your resort is located - one of the 330 islands in Fiji!
On arrival, you'll have time to relax and settle in to your rooms, and then have the opportunity to take part in a Kava Ceremony - a traditional Fijian drink and cultural ceremony and a vital part of Fijian social life.
Day 4 - October 12th
Today you'll head out on a day trip and have the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to swim with Manta Rays. You can experience these gentle giants up close as you snorkel in the clear blue waters, and be supported by local guides who know many of the Manta Rays by name! Barefoot Manta offer this experience in a way that does not interfere with the Manta Ray's natural behaviours and cycles, and are committed to the conservation of this species. You'll learn all about the conservation efforts as a part of this special day out on the water.
Day 5 - October 13th
Choose how you'd like to spend your last full day in Fiji today - you'll have the option to hike to the peak of Waya Island, take part in a Fijian handicrafts workshop, or just take some time to relax.
Day 6 - October 14th
Today you'll take the catamaran boat back to Nadi and be transferred to the airport. You'll say farewell to Fiji and your fellow travellers and begin your journey home.
